Q: Is there a fixed move in/move out day?
A: No. Subject to availability, you can book your stay for whatever dates you wish.
Q: Is there a minimum stay?
A: Yes, this is normally one week but shorter stays of five or six days may be available depending on availability-please enquire.
Q: Is there a fixed tariff?
A: No. The rate per week will depend on which unit is required, the length of stay and the number of people staying.
Q: Is the rate negotiable for longer stays?
A: Yes, we will usually be able to offer reduced rates for stays of longer than four weeks.
Q: What does the weekly rate include?
A: The weekly rate includes all utilities (except phone), a service clean, change of linen
and all taxes
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: The deposit secures the reservation and is a bond against any damage. This will normally be returned within 14 days of leaving the property in good condition.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, bank transfer, travellers cheques and PayPal. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards
Q: What do I need to do to make a reservation?
A: Once we have confirmed availability, you need to pay a deposit to secure the reservation. Subject to the length of the booking, the rent will usually need to be paid prior to arrival.
Q: Is there a phone in the property?
A: No as we find most guests prefer to use their mobile phone
Q: Is there WiFi internet access?
A: Yes there is (except at Finchwood Road) and it is included in the weekly rate.
Q: Are sheets and towels provided?
A: Yes and these are changed weekly
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes, there is at least one on-site parking space at every property.
Q: What happens if I need to extend my stay?
A: We will do our best to accommodate you either at the same property or a suitable alternative, subject to availability
Q: Are cots and high chairs available?
A: Unfortunately not.
Q: Can an extra bed be accommodated?
A: Yes at most properties, subject to a small additional weekly charge.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Unfortunately pets are not allowed in any of our properties.
Q: Are your properties non-smoking?
A: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our properties.
